One of four World Centres, Sangam is an international gathering place for members and friends of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, providing opportunities to meet and share experiences and learn together. Sangam seeks a dynamic individual with a passion for people and a desire to work in a diverse, residential, and international environment.
The Programme Manager (PM) leads an international team of volunteers and staff to plan and implement dynamic international programmes including: cultural events, community action projects and seminars. Programmes are organized in collaboration with community partners and WAGGGS.
The Programme Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of events and volunteers. The PM is a key member of the Sangam leadership team and serves as a role model for international volunteers, guests and local staff. The PM works to ensure the highest standards of customer service to all visitors and supports constant improvements to service delivery.
You will be a strong team player with excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
