Sangam's UNiTE Poster

Sangam World Centre participated in the WAGGGS and UNIFEM Say NO! UNiTE poster contest. Over 200 female and male participants from UK, New Zealand, Hong Kong, USA, India, Malaysia, Japan, Mexico, Dubai, Hungary, Belgium, Iceland, and Slovenia contributed to the creation, painting, and displaying of the UNiTE banner. We displayed our banner prominently on the Sangam World Centre Facebook Fan Page as well as on Alandi Road! We shared our banner with Parulekar Corporation School, Bahujan Hitay Trust Hostel, and Maher-Vatsalyadham. We even had our picture printed in the local newspaper! We created a special YouTube "Girls Worldwide Say...End Violence Against Women and Girls" video using all the different languages represented at Sangam during the Discover Your Potential IV event.

We are now anxiously awaiting the results of the contest!
